New arcade in Zuidoost: 1,250 square metres of games
A new games hall next to the Johan Cruijff Arena, set to open on 14 November, claims to be the biggest in Benelux.
The arcade is located on Arena Boulevard, on the same site as the Esprit outlet store, and will open daily from noon to midnight. The venue will feature classic games such as Pac-Man, Mario Kart, and air hockey, together with new virtual reality products. “This will be a truly immersive environment,” a spokesman said.
The arcade is the sixth to be opened by Gamestate, which operates others in Utrecht, Rotterdam, The Hague, Eindhoven, and Kerkrade.
