Op het Plein van de Hemelse Vrede in Peking heeft China voor het eerst in zes jaar weer een grote militaire parade gehouden. Het moet de grootste aller tijden worden en is tevens de viering van het einde van de Tweede Wereldoorlog in Azië, zeventig jaar geleden.
